Your order hasn't arrived yet?

If it has been less than 17 days since you ordered, this is completely normal and your order is likely in transit.

It's been more than 17 days (France and Europe)?

Your order may be delayed. Note that this is common during holidays and vacations.

Also, consider checking with your local post office if your tracking shows your package delivered, but you don't have it in your mailbox.

How do I track my order?

On your order confirmation page, you will have access to your tracking number once your order has been shipped (48 hours on average).

From there, you can check the progress of your package on our page order tracking .

If your package tracking has not changed for more than 7 days, you can contact us for more information on the progress of your order.

Please read before contacting us : If your message is about an order, please remember to include your order number (#1...) in your message. Inquiries about an order without an attached number will not be prioritized.
