RETURN, EXCHANGE & CUSTOMER SUPPORT POLICY
At Techno Univers, we strive to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with the products they purchase. If you experience any issues with delivery or receive a damaged item, please contact us at contact.techno.univers@gmail.com and our team will handle your request as quickly as possible.
I want to return or exchange an item
Return deadline
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be in the same condition as received
Have all tags still attached
Be unworn and unwashed
Be returned in its original packaging
Include all original accessories (if any)
⚠️ Items that have been worn, washed, or returned without tags will not be refunded or exchanged.
Return process
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact.techno.univers@gmail.com or through our contact form.
We will provide you with all the necessary steps.
Refund or exchange
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will proceed as requested:
Refund: You will receive a confirmation email, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Exchange: A replacement item will be sent based on your selected size or model.
My item is too small / too large
All our products come with a detailed size guide.
We measure each item and include sizing recommendations in the product description.
If you ordered the wrong size, the responsibility lies with the buyer.
That said, we understand this can be frustrating.
Don’t hesitate to contact our support team — we’ll do our best to help (exchange, store credit, etc.).
Are return shipping fees refundable?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
In the case of a refund, any return shipping fees may be deducted from the reimbursed amount.
My item is defective / arrived damaged
Despite our strict quality control, a product may occasionally arrive with a defect or damage.
In this case, please send us:
A clear photo of the item and the defect
A photo of the original tag still attached
Your order number

⚠️ Please do not wash the item or remove the tags before contacting us, otherwise your claim may be denied.
Incorrect delivery address
Please double-check your address when placing your order.
Once your order is being prepared or shipped, we cannot modify the address.
Techno Univers cannot be held responsible for address errors provided by the customer.
Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within one hour of your purchase.
➡️ After this period, if the order is already being processed, a 40% handling fee will apply (logistics, packaging, preparation costs).

Pending or missing refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days on average.
If your refund seems delayed, please:

Contact your bank or card issuer
