When will I receive my order?
Delivery times France and Western Europe:
It takes our team between 15 and 20 business days to process your order, design your products, and deliver your order.* Our team is working hard to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
*These deadlines do not take into account possible delays caused by administrative decisions (e.g. customs checks), strikes, or other circumstances beyond the control of Techno Univers.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is fully free for the following countries:
France (excluding French overseas departments and territories), Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Canada
Overseas France (DOM-TOM)
Deliveries to overseas France (DOM-TOM) are generally longer (up to 2 months from the date of order) in order to remain financially accessible. An additional cost for delivery will be requested for the following countries:
- Guadeloupe
- Guyana
- Reunion Island
- Martinique
- Mayotte
- New Caledonia
- Saint-Barthélemy
- Saint Pierre and Miquelon
- Saint-Martin
- Wallis and Futuna

How can I track my package?

Where is my order tracking number?
A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent a few days after purchase.
However, this email may have ended up in your spam folder. We encourage you to check this carefully before contacting customer service.
I placed my order but I haven't received a confirmation email yet.
First, check your spam folder for this email. If you still can't find it, don't panic, contact our customer service team and we'll help you!
(In most cases this is due to an error in your email address when placing the order)
My order is not complete
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately, depending on stock availability and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.
What should I do if I am not there when my order is delivered?
If you are not at home when the delivery person calls, a calling card will normally be left in your mailbox.
This form will indicate the day and time of the delivery as well as the post office where you will be able to collect your package.
To collect the package in question, you will need to go to the indicated post office, with the delivery slip left by the delivery person and proof of identity .
I can't place my order
Here are several solutions that may solve your online ordering problem.
1. Check if you have the necessary balance in your bank account.

Cancellation & Return
My order has been shipped, can I change the delivery address?
Please note that your delivery address cannot be changed once your order has been prepared or shipped.

Can I cancel my order?
It is absolutely possible to cancel your order! If the order is already being prepared, however, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price.

I wish to return an item
You have the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving your order. See our general terms and conditions of sale , " ARTICLE 20 - WITHDRAWAL " for the detailed conditions of application of the right of withdrawal. To withdraw from your purchase, please contact us by email and consult our return policy . The product must be returned complete, including any accessories, and in a condition allowing the product to be resold .
Are return costs covered?
We inform you that the return costs of a full or partial order are the responsibility of the buyer. My ring / My clothes are too small/big
All our rings and textiles come with a size guide to avoid this kind of inconvenience for our kind customers. Our team has taken care to measure each item and add the corresponding comment in each description. Therefore, the buyer assumes full responsibility for products that are too small / too large.

What should I do if my item is delivered damaged upon delivery?
We pay the utmost attention to the quality of our products, but damage or a defective product is always possible. Report the nature of the problem to contact.techno.univers@gmail.com
by attaching the order references, a brief comment, as well as photos highlighting the damage. We will take care of the problem as quickly as possible.
We take this opportunity to advise our customers to pay attention to the condition of the package upon delivery. If the package shows the slightest sign of impact, crushing, or other damage, it is best to have it noted by the delivery person and noted on the delivery slip.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX). However, we do not accept Paypal, checks, money orders, or bank transfers.
Is my information secure?
When you purchase online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a secure SSL webpage. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our payment service provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers at all.
Why is “https” important?
The HTTPS protocol is used when the address of the web page you are visiting begins with "https://". There is sometimes a padlock next to the address (this depends on the browser). When the connection to the web page has been correctly made via the HTTPS protocol, you should not see any alert symbol or warning text displayed by the browser; it is then customary to consider: that the data (especially the most sensitive: passwords, credit card numbers, etc.) which transits between your browser and the website are encrypted (encryption prevents a third party from intercepting sensitive data on the network that the pages you are reading are indeed those published by the owner of the domain name (terre-des-loups.fr in the illustration above), in other words, that the official domain name has not been hijacked to publish a counterfeit site.
