The first techno event of the year in Romania, Massif Week transforms the ski resort of Poiana Brasov into a high-altitude festival for ten days. The 2026 format evolved towards a "destination-style experience": ski and après-ski days in the chalets, club evenings in the village, electronic sets until dawn in the resort's stage hotels. The lineup usually brings together international house and techno headliners alongside the best of the Romanian scene (Dirty Nano, Mahony, Iahim) and surprise guests. You combine skiing in the morning, après-ski in the afternoon and rave at night, in a Carpathian postcard atmosphere perfect for breaking winter.

Kapital Festival 2026

Kapital Festival is the new musical event in Bucharest organized by the historic Neversea team. Located in the heart of the capital within the National Arena, the festival takes place three days of electronic open air in a stadium format, accessible and urban. The 2026 concept takes what made Neversea successful on the coast (massive productions, drones, pyrotechnics) by bringing it back to Bucharest, with a deliberately low pricing policy to open the format to the local and regional public. The full pass remains the most interesting option to enjoy all the stages, including a dedicated electronic stage on the outskirts of the main stage.

Electric Castle 2026

Located in the park of Banffy Castle in Bontida, about twenty minutes from Cluj-Napoca, Electric Castle remains the most ambitious Romanian festival in terms of scenography. From July 16 to 19, 2026, the area will be transformed into a sound amusement park: main rock-pop stage on the main lawn, butabove all a series of cutting-edge electronic stages which interest the techno public (Booha Stage and Dance Garden in particular). You spend the nights there with international house and techno DJs, Romanian minimal collectives and rougher bass sets until sunrise. The setting of Banffy Castle, illuminated and dressed for the occasion, is an integral part of the experience.

UNTOLD is the heavyweight of the Romanian festival scene and one of the biggest electronic events in Europe. The 11th edition (named UNTOLD ONE) takes place from August 6 to 9, 2026 in and around the Cluj Arena, for a four-day format / 200 artists / several stages. The main stage aligns the cream of EDM, trance and electronic pop (Marshmello, Steve Aoki, Lost Frequencies, The Chainsmokers, Martin Garrix) but the interest for techno lovers focuses on the Galaxy Stage, dedicated to techno and hard techno, and the Alchemy Stage, which mixes bass, dnb and dubstep. The overall experience (sound system, scenography, international crowd, entire city energy) remains one of the most striking on the continent.
