Electric Daisy Carnival celebrated its 30th anniversary from Friday May 15 to Sunday May 17, 2026 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, in an edition announced sold out a full year before. Over 200 artists performed across the event's eight mythical stages, with headliners including Martin Garrix, Tiesto, Charlotte de Witte, The Prodigy, Peggy Gou, Zedd and Kaskade. Beyond big EDM productions, EDC remains a major techno playground with the dedicated neonGARDEN stage: a light-driven set that comes alive between sunset and sunrise. Cult German festival Time Warp landed on US soil for the first time on Saturday April 25, 2026, at the Factory Town industrial complex in Hialeah, just north of Miami. A minimalist, immersive production faithful to the Berghain DNA, spread across three brutalist stages and over 18 hours of non-stop mixing. The roster was world class: Ben Klock b2b Marcel Dettmann, Richie Hawtin, Klangkuenstler in sunrise set, Honey Dijon, Boys Noize b2b SPFDJ as world premiere, Chloe Caillet b2b DJ Tennis, Hector Oaks, Chlar. For purists of the hypnotic beat, Time Warp Miami is without doubt the sharpest techno moment of 2026 on US soil.

CRSSD is the West Coast techno and house open-air signature, in the urban and seaside setting of San Diego's Waterfront Park. The festival splits each year into two editions: Spring on March 14 and 15, 2026 (past), Fall on September 26 and 27, 2026 (upcoming). Three stages choreograph the program: Ocean View for live electronic and indie, The Palms for house, and especially City Steps for underground techno. The Spring edition hosted Empire of the Sun, Deborah De Luca, Will Clarke and Space 92. For Fall, Chris Lake and Disclosure are already announced as headliners. Following its announced return to Los Angeles, HARD Summer takes over Hollywood Park, right next to SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, on Saturday August 1 and Sunday August 2, 2026. This is arguably the densest techno program of the year in the USA: Charlotte de Witte, Amelie Lens, Anetha, VTSS, Brutalismus 3000, Boys Noize (in exclusive b2b B3K), Maceo Plex, plus the house sphere with Mau P, Chris Lorenzo, Vintage Culture and a special DJ Snake hip-hop set. Day Trip transforms Long Beach's Queen Mary Waterfront every summer into a giant House Music All Day Long open-air dancefloor. On Saturday June 27 and Sunday June 28, 2026, the Insomniac program assembles world-class house with Green Velvet b2b Josh Baker, Adam Beyer in sunset set, Loco Dice, Cloonee, HI-LO, Lilly Palmer, Purple Disco Machine, CID, Odd Mob and Gordo. In rural Michigan, the Double JJ Ranch in Rothbury hosts Electric Forest from Thursday June 25 to Sunday June 28, 2026, for four days of total immersion in a forest transformed into a cathedral of lights and intimate stages. The festival's strength remains its Sherwood Forest, a wooded zone packed with small stages and psychedelic installations where tech house, drum & bass, dubstep and nu-disco meet. Announced headliners: GRiZ, Kaskade, Illenium, Excision, The String Cheese Incident in a special collaboration with Shpongle. III Points celebrates its 13th edition on Friday October 16 and Saturday October 17, 2026 across the five urban blocks transformed by Mana Wynwood, in the heart of Miami's creative district. Hybrid festival by essence (visual arts, sharp electronic, experimental techno, alternative hip-hop), III Points is one of the most adventurous programs of the Florida season. Phase I lineup is announced with Dombresky, Tony Romera, Sinden, Marc Spence, LA Riots and GRiZ as remix, before about a hundred additional artists arrive in successive phases. More creative class / club kids calibrated than mainstream EDM, the festival is ideal for those wanting to escape set highways and rediscover experimental techno at the edges of sound art.

Beyond Wonderland SoCal 2026

Beyond Wonderland opened the California Insomniac season on Friday March 27 and Saturday March 28, 2026 at the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino. It's the pop / theatrical counterpart of EDC: an Alice in Wonderland themed imaginary universe, very scenographed thematic stages, and a balance between mainstream EDM, melodic techno and house. The event remains a cult warm-up ramp for the American West Coast season ahead of Coachella and EDC Las Vegas. 18+ with an Insomniac visual production that justifies the trip on its own. Combinable with a LA weekend for Europeans on West Coast swing in late March.

Escape Halloween is the Insomniac end-of-season West Coast event: eight horror-themed stages, mandatory costumes, an epoch-defining visual production calibrated for the year's most festive night. Brooklyn Mirage Summer Series 2026

Brooklyn Mirage, the open-air stage of the Avant Gardner complex in East Williamsburg, reopened its doors in June 2026 after a 2025 season disrupted by permit issues and a major technical overhaul under Axar Capital management. The 2026 season runs from June to November, open-air residency format: every weekend the complex hosts the planet's biggest techno and house brands with a refurbished LED wall and a renewed 3D projection system.
