Festival techno en Turquie - foule sur la plage d'Adrasan sous les voiles du festival

The Best Techno Festivals in Turkey (2026)

of reading - words

Between the Bosphorus in Istanbul, the coves of Antalya and the beaches of Çeşme, Turkey has built itself a far denser electronic season in 2026 than its reputation suggests. Here is our 2026 pick: four dates already done and dusted as you read this (Sónar Istanbul, Soundscape, Zamna On The Beach, Ahoora) and one last big night still to come on 10 October with Mayan Warrior. Plan your season with Techno Univers.

Sónar Istanbul 2026

For its tenth year in Istanbul, Sónar turned Zorlu PSM into a two-day electronic laboratory. The format is the one that built the Barcelona brand's reputation: late-night club stages backed by a digital creation strand, audiovisual installations and live performances. On 10 April, Charlotte de Witte set the techno benchmark for the edition, alongside Marcel Dettmann and, on the house side, Gerd Janson. On 11 April the night tipped towards live with Apparat, Kölsch, Stef Mendesidis and Polo & Pan. The Turkish scene gets real room in the programme, with around thirty local projects, and it is precisely that mix that makes Sónar the best way into the Turkish techno scene.

🗓️ Date : 10 - 11 April 2026

📍 Venue : Zorlu PSM, Zincirlikuyu, Beşiktaş, Istanbul

💵 Price : from around 2,950 TRY (about 53 EUR)

🎧 Style : Techno, House, Melodic, audiovisual live

Soundscape Festival Istanbul 2026

Soundscape is the festival that worked out how to pull Istanbul out of the concrete. For its sixth edition, it moved back into the woods of Life Park in Bahçeköy, up in the hills of Sarıyer, with three stages spread under the trees. Musically it leans towards organic electronica and melodic techno, with an unusually high proportion of live acts for the region: Satori, Claxy, Pandhora and TWO LANES played live, next to Monolink, Be Svendsen and Kerala Dust. The shift from late-afternoon light filtered through the pines to the night sets on the main floor has become the festival's signature. If you are after a first open-air experience in Turkey, this is the most approachable option here.

🗓️ Date : 25 - 26 July 2026 (6th edition)

📍 Venue : Life Park, Bahçeköy Cad. No 114, Bahçeköy, Sarıyer, Istanbul

💵 Price : 1,750 to 6,000 TRY depending on the tier (about 31 to 107 EUR)

🎧 Style : Melodic Techno, Organic House, Indie Dance, live electronics

Zamna On The Beach Türkiye 2026

Zamna On The Beach - the festival's main stage and a huge crowd at night

Zamna has exported its Tulum blueprint to the Aegean coast and now stages its Turkish dates at Boheme Beach in Çeşme, an hour from İzmir. The format is simple and effective: one stage facing the sea, doors at 4pm, and a gradual slide from sunset into the night. The brand claims a crowd drawn from more than 120 countries across all its destinations, and the Turkish programme followed that international line: Korolova, Rebūke, ZSS and Monnarsh on 24 July, then Miss Monique, Massano, Kasia and MT Axel for the 22 August date. This sits in melodic techno and progressive house territory rather than hard techno, with a clear Afro house tilt towards the end of the night.

🗓️ Date : 24 and 25 July 2026, then 22 August 2026

📍 Venue : Boheme Beach, Musalla Mahallesi, Ovacık, Çeşme / İzmir

💵 Price : Day Pass Early Bird from 2,500 TRY (about 45 EUR), from around 3,000 TRY for the August date

🎧 Style : Melodic House, Progressive, Afro House, Melodic Techno

Ahoora Festival 2026

Ahoora Festival - decorated psytrance stage with a DJ on the decks

Ahoora is the most immersive format on this list, and the only genuine camping festival. For five days, the cove at Korsan Bay, in Adrasan on the Lycian coast, fills up with fluoro decor, installations and workshops around three separate stages: a psytrance Main Stage, a Techno Stage that carries the night with Turkish artists such as Molly Ulusoy, Pınar Uslu, Esyla and Umut Sefiloğlu, and a Chill Stage for the late mornings. This is the gathering that pulls the international trance crowd into the eastern Mediterranean, and it runs on temporary-community logic rather than pure programming. Camping right by the water and a price grid published in euros make it easy to budget for.

🗓️ Date : 2 - 6 September 2026 (5 days)

📍 Venue : Korsan Bay, Lighthouse Camping, Karaöz / Kumluca, Adrasan, Antalya

💵 Price : Super Early Bird 65 EUR, Early Bird 85 EUR, weekend pass 90 to 130 EUR, Standard 130 to 175 EUR depending on the sales phase

🎧 Style : Psytrance, Techno, Chill (3 stages)

Mayan Warrior Istanbul 2026

This is the only date on this list still to come, and probably the most spectacular. Born in Mexico and now one of the iconic art cars of Burning Man, the Mayan Warrior collective moves its full rig, sound, light, visual art and stage design, into a handful of cities each year. On 10 October, Life Park in Sarıyer tips into its world, somewhere between Mesoamerican references and contemporary production. On the decks, Damian Lazarus leads the night, with Mira and GİZ alongside him. The announced colour is house, melodic techno and organic house, across a 5pm to 1am window that leaves plenty of room for the sunset. Strictly 18+.

🗓️ Date : Saturday 10 October 2026, 5pm to 1am

📍 Venue : Life Park, Bahçeköy Cad. No 114, Bahçeköy, Sarıyer, Istanbul

💵 Price : from 2,000 TRY (about 36 EUR)

🎧 Style : House, Melodic Techno, Organic House
